Building off a new strategic plan and months of preparation, MANTEC today announces a new look, a new brand and a new website. The overall goal is for clients to clearly identify MANTEC’s role and the resources provided to the manufacturing industry. MANTEC delivers services throughout nine counties in South Central PA, home to 2968 diverse manufacturing establishments.
The new look also comes with a refined tag line of “Connecting Specialty Solutions for Manufacturing.” When MANTEC is successful at making those connections and improving the businesses of their clients, it successfully meets its mission of “Accelerating Manufacturing Excellence.”

The new logo contains numerous subtle messages including the chevrons conveying the forward motion and always working to stay ahead of trends for manufacturing clients. When clients come to MANTEC they can be represented in the smaller chevron. As MANTEC helps the manufacturers achieve bigger goals, they can be represented in the larger chevron.
Using the white space, there is a box representing manufacturing and the products that are shipped. Touching on the 4 service areas of MANTEC- there is a chess piece representing the strategy for Sales and Marketing, a diamond representing the Process Improvement, an end of robot arm tool to represent Manufacturing Technology and a person for the services in Workforce Engagement.
And the final component is a new secondary color of green recognizing that MANTEC is ready to go, assisting the manufacturing industry of South Central Pennsylvania.
