Impacting Pennsylvania's Manufacturing Economy

The Regional Economic Studies Institute recently performed an independent analysis of IRC Program impacts (for 2016) upon Pennsylvania’s manufacturing community and overall economy. The major finding is that the IRC Program provides a $14.42 return to the treasury for every $1 of Commonwealth funds invested.
