This interactive course teaches supervisors, team leaders, and process owners how to establish and lead effective team huddles in a manufacturing environment. Participants will learn how to use a simple huddle structure, visual huddle board, and coaching routine to keep team members informed, engaged, and involved in identifying and solving daily problems.
