Cindi brings her relationship-building experience to MANTEC and is focused on increasing collaboration with community partners and connecting people to resources across the region. She also manages the annual SMART Manufacturing Conference and other special events and is the Regional Coordinator of the “What’s So Cool About Manufacturing?” video contest for middle school students.
Prior to joining MANTEC, Cindi served as Executive Vice President at United Way of Lancaster County, as Professional Development and training Manager at the Lancaster Chamber, and in various roles at Penn Medicine/Lancaster General Health and PA CareerLink.
She received a BS in Business from Millersville University and an MBA from Lebanon Valley College. She is a 2022 graduate of Leadership Lancaster and is currently serving on the Lancaster County Workforce Development Board Youth Council, Lancaster Chamber’s Discovering Paths Mentoring Advisory Committee, LancasterMakes Steering Committee, and Cultivate Lancaster Coalition. When not learning about sports from her teenage son, she enjoys documentaries and traveling. Her travel resume includes all 50 states, as well as nine Canadian provinces, Mexico, and Italy.
