Preparing for the transition from ISO 9001:2015
ISO 9001 is being updated from the 2015 version to the upcoming 2026 standard, and manufacturers will need to understand what this transition may mean for their quality management systems. While the transition will not happen overnight, there is a timeline companies should be aware of so they can plan strategically over the next three years.
This lunch and learn is designed to help manufacturers better understand the upcoming ISO 9001:2026 transition, what changes may mean for their organization, and how to begin preparing without creating unnecessary complexity.
MANTEC will be joined by Chad Yiengst, Managing Director at Ledge Inc., for a practical discussion on ISO 9001:2026, including what manufacturers should be watching for, how the transition may impact documentation, audits, leadership responsibilities, risk-based thinking, and continuous improvement efforts.
Attendees may join virtually through Teams or attend in person at MANTEC. In-person attendees are welcome to bring their lunch, as lunch will not be provided.

About ISO 9001
ISO 9001 is an internationally recognized quality management standard used by organizations to improve consistency, strengthen processes, manage risk, and meet customer and regulatory requirements.
For manufacturers, ISO 9001 often plays an important role in customer expectations, supplier requirements, internal quality systems, corrective actions, audits, and continuous improvement. As the standard moves from ISO 9001:2015 to ISO 9001:2026, companies will need to understand what is changing and how to prepare for a successful transition.
