Kate Kohler is the President of Staub & Associates, LLC, a Sandler Training Franchise located in York, PA.
Kate has worked in her family business since 2002, taking full ownership responsibilities, in January 2023.
Staub & Associates is a training & development organization, focused on providing Sales, Management, Customer Service, and communication training to businesses of all sizes and industries throughout South Central PA.
In addition to adopting and facilitating the strategies and methodologies Kate has adopted through her training with Sandler, she has been gathering best practices from high-performing organizations in both the profit and non-profit worlds, week in and week out.
Kate’s passion is facilitating the public training programs that Sandler offers, in addition to working in-house with privately owned companies providing coaching, consulting, and customized training.
