Shannon Taggart is dedicated to building meaningful partnerships between manufacturers and schools at MANTEC, with a focus on promoting career awareness in the manufacturing sector throughout the region. She leverages her strong relationships with industry leaders and educational institutions to foster opportunities for students and job seekers alike.
Before joining MANTEC, Shannon gained valuable experience working in the non-profit sector and as a web developer for a houseware retailer. She also serves on the board of directors for the Lancaster Science Factory, where she contributes her expertise to furthering STEM education in the community.
Shannon holds a BFA from the University of the Arts and brings a creative, problem-solving mindset to everything she does. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking with her three children and three dogs. Her favorite place to unwind is the beach—any beach.
