Scott Reighard is a seasoned executive with more than 35 years of success. He has experience in executive leadership, manufacturing operations, and HR roles. He has implemented lean manufacturing initiatives, Six Sigma techniques, and ISO certification to achieve operational excellence. As an integrator, his ability to think strategically and apply his extensive tactical experience helps guide organizations in production, administrative, and support operations. As a change agent, managing several different company acquisitions, he understands the cultural challenges and organizational alignment necessary to gain the desired outcomes for stakeholders. By understanding the drivers of a process or workflow he can analyze data, integrate technology, and implement ERP solutions to help business prosper.
Scott holds a BS in Business Administration from Shippensburg University, six sigma black belt certification, and completed an Executive Development Program through the PIA at Northwestern University. He has attended and presented at various conferences and industry trade shows. Scott was a long-term member of Vistage and continues to participate in other executive development opportunities. Scott resides in Lancaster with his wife Mindy and is the proud parent of two successful daughters.
