Kent Keller

Kent Keller, PHR is a Business Advisor, specializing in Workforce Engagement. In this role, Kent assists the manufacturers to continuously and strategically strengthen their business. Kent builds close relationships with the owners and staff of small to medium-sized manufacturing firms, assisting them in identifying and prioritizing business improvement opportunities, creating implementation projects by selecting appropriate technical and financial resources, and managing these projects to successful conclusions.

Kent Keller joined MANTEC in 2007 in the role of Human Resources Specialist. Since that time Kent developed the HR/ Workforce service offerings to assist manufacturing clients in HR policy development, professional development, and recruitment/retention strategies.

Kent comes from a manufacturing background and has 21 years of business experience. Prior to joining MANTEC, he worked at a privately held printing company with several hundred employees.

A graduate of Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science degree, Mr. Keller is recognized as a Professional in Human Resources by the Society for Human Resources Management. He is currently serving as the President of the local Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) affiliate until December 2015. Kent is a United Way and Junior Achievement volunteer.
