Becky Shearer, Director of Finance at MANTEC, Inc. the Industrial Resource Center (IRC) of South Central Pennsylvania.
Becky joined MANTEC in 2022. Her career experience has spanned the gamut of both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Before joining MANTEC, she held financial leadership roles in the hardwood lumber and healthcare industries. She enjoys being a key part of the MANTEC team’s mission of being a trusted resource for manufacturers in PA.
Becky attended Shippensburg University and Cambridge State University where she majored in Accounting and Business Management. She has served on numerous Boards and Committees over the years and currently is a member of the York County Community Foundation’s Finance Committee.
Becky and her husband reside in south central PA and are the proud parents of one daughter. As empty nesters, they spend their free time involved in church activities, traveling, hiking, boating, and sharing precious moments with family & friends.
