Course Information:

  • Prerequisites: Yellow Belt certification or a basic understanding of Lean concepts; access to statistical software (Minitab, QI Macros, Sigma XL, etc.) preferred.
  • Requirements: Consistent attendance, group participation, completion of an individual project, and passing the exam are required for certification.
  • Number of Sessions: 6 instructional sessions plus 3 one-on-one coaching sessions.
  • Time: Sessions typically run from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
