With over 35 years of experience in senior leadership roles at Textron and Ingersoll Rand, Brian has remained grounded in my factory floor beginnings and continuous improvement principles. Most of his career has been in the Automotive Sector, working closely with Toyota and embracing the Lean philosophy. He has led diverse teams worldwide and is passionate about helping individuals at all levels achieve their organizational goals. He has completed formal training in Situational Leadership, Developing Leadership Excellence, Coaching for Superior Performance, and Building High-Performance Teams, and was recognized with the Chairman’s Award for his contribution to the development & deployment of a formal “Team Leader Development Program” at Ingersoll Rand that still drives their culture of daily Continuous Improvement.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren. In his spare time, he indulges in restoring vintage automobiles, playing the guitar, boating, and cherishing moments with his four rescue dogs.
