Our Peer Groups are a structured and ongoing forum, consisting of a small, select group of individuals who meet regularly to share experiences and knowledge. Members are carefully selected based on experience, expertise, and compatibility with the group.

The focus of our Peer Groups is on professional development, problem-solving, benchmarking, and improved performance. Our goal is to create a supportive, collaborative environment where members can help one another grow and succeed.

Our Peer Groups offer:

  • Facilitated issue processing: This trusted space provides an opportunity to share your current challenges and benefit from the knowledge, perspectives, and expertise of each member. To ensure the confidentiality of proprietary information, groups are comprised of non-competing companies.
  • Knowledgeable speakers: Hear from experts in various disciplines who will build your capacity to lead people, manage projects, and ensure results.
  • Behind-the-scenes tours: Each member has an opportunity to host the group at their facility, showcase their operations, and receive constructive feedback.
  • Best Practice sharing: Learn about the successes of others and incorporate these practices into your own processes and systems to achieve better results more quickly.
  • Intentional Networking: Build meaningful relationships with other manufacturing professionals across South Central PA to increase your network and create new opportunities.

Membership Requirements:

  • Admission into a Peer Group is approved on a rolling basis.
  • A one-year (10 sessions) membership is $1,000 and includes up to two people per company.
  • Each member must agree to host the group one time during their active membership.
