Managing Up

Strong leaders know how to lead their teams while also effectively supporting the priorities, expectations, and communication style of their manager. This interactive 4-hour workshop helps supervisors, team leads, and emerging leaders better understand how to build productive working relationships with their direct supervisor to improve communication, reduce friction, and strengthen operational alignment.

Participants will learn practical strategies to improve organization, anticipate challenges, clarify expectations, and better align with leadership priorities in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
