Nora Rotz joined MANTEC in May of 2019 as the Marketing and Events Coordinator. In this role, she will support and manage all marketing aspects along with all of MANTEC’s events throughout the year. She is responsible for design and distribution of all collateral marketing materials, communications through bi-weekly emails and client interactions through social media.

Nora has held many roles and worn various hats throughout her career overlapping business and education. Most recently, she was the director of an early learning center in Harrisburg where she was responsible for the operations, maintaining budget and revenue targets, and day-to-day marketing of the business. In 2012, she helped launch and then run a successful event venue business in York that hosted events ranging from expos to weddings.

Nora holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Arizona and a Master of Arts in Urban Education from Loyola Marymount University.
