Tuesday mornings from April 20 – June 8, 2021
8 AM – 12 PM
32 total hours (over 8 weekly interactive “distance learning” sessions)
This course is for team members of companies looking to begin or accelerate their Lean journeys. It will equip their associates with the fundamental disciplines of Continuous Improvement.
You can expect your team members to come away with an understanding of the eight wastes targeted in Lean and how to begin to eliminate them from the workplace. They will understand each of the 6S concepts and have hands-on experience implementing all aspects of this process. Participants will be equipped to deploy these skills throughout their employer’s operation through exercises, real-world application of lessons between classes, and coaching and feedback from experienced facilitators. Graduates will be prepared for more advanced Lean training such as Cellular Manufacturing, Quick Changeover, Value Stream Mapping, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Kanban (Pull Systems), Kaizen, Lean Office and other related value-added workshops.
Credit card payments are required for registration. If this is not possible, please fill out this Offline Registration form. Class confirmation will not be given until the check is received.
