Six Sigma Black Belt is a total of 7 in-class training days and 3- 3 hour 1-on-1 project review sessions.

You Must Have a Green Belt Certification!
If you were not Green Belt trained at MANTEC, a review of previous course work and project results are required. This will require an hour meeting.

Six Sigma Black Belt is designed for experienced practitioners with Green Belt training. Participants will design their own experiment. Additional objectives include:
Advanced Regression and ANOVA (Analysis of Variance)
Design of Experiments
Statistical analysis of non-normal data
