Six Sigma Black Belt is a total of 7 instructional days that can be completed in person or online
November 12 and 19, December 3, 10, and 17, and January 7 and 14
Online coursework is completed at the same scheduled times at in person coursework.
Six Sigma Black Belt is designed for experienced practitioners with Green Belt training to leverage that training and capability to optimize and analyze the most difficult problems in your company. Participants will develop a project using Green Belt tools and then use the Design of Expermient (DoE) six sigma tools to find the optimum process setting for one or more process responses. Upon the successful completion of our certification program, your employees will be fully prepared to assume a leadership role in your company’s Black Belt Projects.
- The new Black Belt tools to add are:
- Advanced Regression and ANOVA (Analysis of Variance)
- Advanced Process Capability
- Design of Experiments- full and fractional
- Statistical analysis of non-normal data
- Logistic Regression
The class includes 4 half days of mentoring at your facility through a Black Belt project including assisting through the required Design of Experiment.

Must have Green Belt! A review of previous course work and project results are required by the instructor unless Green Belt received through MANTEC.
