Six Sigma Green and Black Belt 2019-2020

MANTEC training is WedNet Eligible!  $1,300 available per employee annually.  *Six Sigma typically qualifies for $850.

Six Sigma Green Belt Certification encompasses an intensive learning period. The objective is to solve a real world problem using the Six Sigma tools. The course includes service and manufacturing Six Sigma principles and examples.  Individuals are required to select a challenging process which impacts customer lead time, service or quality performance of their organizations.  The Green Belt course prepares students to pursue the Black Belt course.

Six Sigma Green Belt is designed for individuals with little or no prior experience with Six Sigma methodologies.  This course is considered a “Dark Green” belt as it is heavy in statistical tools to improve performance and have the goals “stick.” Objectives include:

  • Demonstrate the DMAIC methodology
  • Document to show progress and results
  • Select and apply tools
  • Collect and analyze data

The MANTEC Difference for Six Sigma Certification:

  • Bridges the gap to practical implementation.  This is not your ordinary education or training course.  Online courses seek to educate.  MANTEC trains and assists in implementation.
  • Case studies don’t cut it here.  Your Six Sigma project is chosen by you to work on a real organizational issue.  Successful completion means you are improving product quality, enhancing customer service and saving your company money.
  • Project Mentoring is expected, not optional.  The instructor goes above and beyond to ensure you are successful.  3 personal mentoring sessions will be scheduled- face to face.  Mentoring by a Master Black Belt helps ensure a solid ROI on your first project.
  • Access to a Local network of Six Sigma peers. Don’t waste time and money going to national programs when quality training is available in your backyard.

“I would like to see anyone complete on-line what I did in the classroom.  This was a hard core green belt course that met my needs perfectly.  The instructor went the extra MILES to ensure that everyone has a solid understanding of the material.”  ~Richard Loesch, Wire-Mesh Products in York, PA
