We’ve been providing professional consulting and Lean training services for nearly 30 years in South Central PA. As a public/private partnership, we focus on improving innovation, productivity and profitable growth to drive economic impact that meets and exceeds customer expectations.
A min. of 4 years of successful Lean, Kaizen, and TPS experience is necessary. You will have expert knowledge of continuous improvement and transformational Lean aspects that impact manufacturers. A proven track record of consulting, instructing/teaching, or leading successful and sustainable Lean transformations is required. A college degree in Engineering or Manufacturing discipline will be helpful when analyzing operational and business data to deploy lean improvement and best practice systems. Advanced communication skills with ability to convey vision, teach materials, present to all levels of organizations, and facilitate Kaizen projects will be needed as you grow with us and become a talented individual in an extraordinary opportunity.
